This means that during checkout, your private information will be protected. Also, we will at no time willingly share your email address and contact information with other companies and individuals.
SHIPPING POLICY: *Genuine Expressions will ship all 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air orders received before 12:30 PM EST the same day and all 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air orders received after 12:30 PM EST the next business day. All ground orders will ship within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. All APO and FPO shipping is standardized. All AE shipments are $18.95 and all FPO AP/AA shipments are $21.95. Please call before ordering for all international orders. Alaska and Hawaii- please add $15.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and add $24.50 to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.Genuine Expressions reserves the right to alter same day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods. Genuine Expressions will make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete customer satisfaction. Genuine Expressions will replace or refund the value of any gift not meeting the customer's satisfaction, deemed damaged or defective. Refunds or replacements are only offered if the original gift can be retrieved for inspection.(Assuming the claim is made within the 3 day grace period Genuine Expressions guarantees all gifts we ship will have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them. (Substitutions are allowed as long as the value is equal or greater the substituted product. We will do our best to substitute within the same "family" of products at all times.)As a reminder: Chocolate and perishable gifts need to ship via Next Day air May 15th through mid October. These gift baskets are recommended to ship via Next Day air only during this time with an additional $5.00 surcharge. If you want to ship one of these gifts via ground we are more than happy to accommodate your request. You ship these gift at your own risk at all times from May through October. We do not offer refunds or discounts of any kind for melted or damaged chocolates even when they are shipped via air. We do not pay claims of any kind on these items if they melt, even when shipping via next day air. All other gifts containing chocolate will have the chocolates substituted out for hard candies when the gift ships any way other than next day air.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY: All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip. Genuine Expressions will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered or being delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order. Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not honored. Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers/ apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored. A 12.50 Fee will be added to your bill on ground shipments and a $15.00 fee on air when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number/ apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match.
SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY: Genuine Expressions will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listings. However in the event we are out of stock on any item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions.
